You know Ce’cile right? The Jamaican female who’s been getting rave reviews around the globe for her mix of grit, sophisticated sex appeal and confident lyrical explosions. Yes, the hot gyal Ce’cile who brought us her compilation, ‘ Worth It’ in January and who’s impressed crowds across the Caribbean and internationally with her sultry style that’s proven incomparable since she stepped onto the scene in the late 90’s; that Ce’cile’s coming to Trinidad on July 14th.
Wondering what she’s coming for, are you? Well, in yet another wicked fusion of soca and dancehall, Shurwayne Winchester’s teamed up with the Jamaican singer in a remix of his track, ‘Rough Wine.’
The track was released for T&T’ Carnival 2K9 and now with Ce’cile’s vocals adding sexual spice, there’s no doubt that the pair will indeed do damage in the lead up to the Brooklyn Labour Day festival.
An accompanying video’s being shot on July 15th by Lisa Whickam’s Ezone Entertainment, following which Cecile will fly out of Trinidad on July 16th.
The ‘Rough Wine’ collaboration is Winchester’s third with a Jamaican chart topper so far this year, his first being ‘Make It Yours’ alongside, reggae mastermind, Maxi Priest. That was followed by his ‘All I Need’ collabo with Serani. Now, with the making of this video, there’s no doubt that the track will be pushed into gear, setting the pace for the rest to follow.
