Tickets are once again sold out for World Music Night featuring 9-time Grammy Award Winner John Legend. Tickets were sold out more than a month ago covering 6700 patrons but the demand by the public saw 2500 more tickets issued to authorised dealers: Pennysavers Supermarkets and Milford 24 Gas Station in Tobago; and Crosby’s, Cleve’s One Stop Music Shop, and Cache outlets in Trinidad.
The 2500 tickets went on sale Tuesday 15 April, 2014. Tickets were sold out at dealers in Tobago within hours. Now all tickets for the main event of the Tobago Jazz Experience are sold out. Tickets will not be sold at the gate for World Music Night on Friday (25 April, 2014) only.
Limited tickets are also still available for Youthopia on Saturday 26 April, featuring NBC's The Voice winner, Jamaican Tessanne Chin; and for Beach Jazz Fiesta on Sunday 27 April, with Keyshia Cole and soul masters Earth, Wind and Fire. Tickets will be sold at the gate for Youthopia on Saturday and Beach Jazz Fiesta on Sunday.
Patrons can walk with their chairs to sit, but coolers are not allowed at any of the paid events.
Free parking is available at the Car Park of the Storebay Beach Facility in Crown Point. Motorists can also access paid parking at the Bon Accord Primary School and the Bon Accord Recreation Ground. Shuttles will be provided at all parking zones to take patrons to the Pigeon Point Heritage Park.
The public is advised to look out for announcements on traffic restrictions at Bon Accord and Pigeon Point for Friday 25 April, 2014.
