There are a lot of things that make a party great.....good vibe, girls, drinks, food. But if you put those entire things together, make the drinks and food all you can drink and eat and put it all next to a pool....you have HUSH. The annual ultra inclusive Easter morning breakfast party was a success once again and was full to capacity (no doubt due to the unsatisfied patrons of ‘One the concert’).
Now this was no teeny bopper affair, I mean, it was a big people party with a big people vibe. As the rose patrons got their fill of the wide selection of breakfast options, like bake & saltfish, pancakes, omelettes, and for the loyalists, DOUBLES! On the same note, I don’t think anyone could forget the very very....very well stocked bar ( they ran out of cups before anything else). Some people went from: ok to good, to head nice, to high, to head bad...all the way to head gone clear.
The compliment of talented Djs from both Trini and Bago kept the pace going all the way until high noon playing the hottest styles and plenty of back-in-times for the grown crowd that was present. Now that’s not saying that a young fella like me could enjoy the real styles from another time.
Needless to say, everyone had a blast...and for those who might have arrived a little upset, they surely left happy, full, and sure to get a hangover later. We look forward next year knowing that, “they know what we did last Easter.”
