The Trinidad and Tobago Group of Professional Association culinary championship help at the centre of Excellence was not the place for someone on a diet. Food as far as the eye could see, all types of food, from local to regional to international. I put my taste buds to the test at Swat Commandos, State of Emergency presentation. Tried the Big Fish, delicious as it looked, it smelled and also tasted. I also tried a dish from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ah Counting on Curry presentation, and tried the Double Entry Duck. The honored guest, the president George Richards himself was there also fulling his guts. Taking time in between doing so he made a monotonous speech and went back to eating. Numerous live instrument performances added to the already intriguing ambience. In the end my taste buds lead in the right direction as Swat was declared the overall winner of the evening.
