So where were you last Saturday 28th May 2011? Maybe you were still recovering after the Sex in the City party that happened Friday night, or watching the European Champions League Final, Barcelona-Manchester United. Well, I was busy partying in a pool party !!
The Hotel “Le Mercure” based in the beautiful town of Le Diamant was host to a nice, and original pool party, THIS IS WET ohhhhhh nooooo, sorry THIS IS MOET, yes the worldwide known champagne Moet and Chandon was the guest of the party. Some bubbles, some sun, some heat, some of the hottest girls…the coolest guys… ahhhh enough for now to tease you up, a real smell of summertime.
The Hotel ""Le Mercure"" and the promoters West Indies Posse and Washasha Prod’ welcomed us around 2pm. When you got in there, what a breathtaking view, simply beautiful, you know exactly why they built an hotel down here, with the sea and the famous diamond rock in the background, the pool, the coconut trees, they got the perfect site.
The atmosphere at the beginning was really slow and calm, everybody was just captivated by the final on TV, some fans arguing about who was going to win, who played the best etc. Only now I know that it was the calm before the storm.
You could tell that everybody was excited by this pool party, the venue was packed and busy at some point, and seeing the happy faces everywhere around me, I think This is Moet was just the place to be this Saturday.
A big thank you must go out to the promoters, all the sponsors (Moet, Long Horn...) and the amazing sound system powered by LM2L for putting on such a great event this past weekend. For the first time in Martinique, they tried to organize one of the biggest pool party that I have ever been in Martinique and they did a great job, the organization was on fire, nah seriously, there is nothing but fantastic things to say about it. They thought about every details to satisfy the crowd, free fruits served on plates and by sexy models, soft drinks in a zodiac in the pool, yes get it free and pick them up, bikini show by cocoknel for the ladies, Coca cola dancers...

Oh Geeeeezzzz ! Can I Say it, when it's about beach party or pool party, when you have to get wet, you can be sure that the ladies are coming like models on a scene, between who have the most fashion, exotic clothes or bikinis, it's hard to have your eyes not shinning like diamonds. The crowd was pretty mixed between beautiful girls, older and younger crowd, I can say that everybody has respected the white dress code, and it was really nice to see for once !
The talented DJ’s Moulinex and Patpo made a great performance and mashed up the place in every sense, whether you were liming around or in the pool, it was pure joy and excitement.You could be dancing by yourself, or on an object or even with a human, I think everybody had a blast until the end at 10pm.
By the end of the day, the crowd was all satisfied and ecstatic, they drunk everything, bar ran out of drinks, white Moet bottles everywhere, fruits gone, free drinks gone, Hands in the air, people screaming or singing loud, bumpa to fenda, animal wine, yes like real animals. Being Wet was guaranteed INDEED.... oh well only good good good memories... There was a lot of action and everybody was very happy about this event.
Well time to go now, the Be There party is waiting for me, “TJJ Martinique rell busy today”. Anyway see you soon for the 2nd edition, so I heard.... I don't know about you but ah already dey because This is WEEEETTTTT is the best!! oops Moet ...
