TRIBE ICE was NICE

TRIBE ICE All – Inclusive... Oohh snap, ah mean Cooler fete ... kicked off the 2011 Carnival season with a BANG! Sorry folks, I was little confused for a minute there cuz ppl were selling and buying tickets for this fete outside between $500-$900TT! So ah mean the fete hadda be bess if even SCALPERS wanting to buy tickets right??!! LOL.

As patrons & their coolers started to flow into Jenny’s Car Park on Cipriani Blvd the party became RAM in no time... but funny enough the vibez took a while to kick in. Overall the vibes in ICE was nice but I felt if yuh wasn’t with yuh crew who create their own vibez and had alcohol flowing then it was just an alright fete, not the normal HYPE and BESSNESS of a TRIBE fete.  TJJ did venture forth into the VIP section but like they was all tired or sleepy inside there... I guess not even FREE drinks got them energized, so it was back out into the crowd we go to get on WOTLESS! However, I did get a lot of mixed reviews, because some swear it was BESSSSSSSSSSSS and they not missing another ICE ... lol.

Vibez got better as the LIVE entertainment began... KES was first up and had the crowd getting on "WOTLESS" and dey was acting like they cud CARELESS.... I know some people girlfriends was VEX lol but dat is carnival for yuh! ;-) SUPER JIGGA TC came and mash up d "Speaker Box" ...while SHAL MARSHALL had dem girls wining "Whole Day" ... Whole Night!!! BENJAI definitely had the crowd wining low with his patriotic hit ‘Iz ah Trini... ah Trini’ ("Trini") all we needed was the rain to fall to complete a great performance. TRIBE ended the night with ah rhythm section to give us some ambience to exit the venue... ICE was the typical cooler fete... bring yuh drinks, bring yuh friends, bring yuh vibez and have a great time... Cyah wait for d next fete!!

It has OFFICIALLY started... Carnival is HERE & TJJ and friends, we getting on WOTLESS!!! ... be sure stack up on your Dasani water and Powerade folks.
