Rizon is realising a new single entitled
"Love Trade" from his debut album Liberate which is carded for release in 2011. The song was written by him with inputs from Russell Leonce, Koen Duncan, Isaac Blackman - the other artists appearing with him on the track. Love Trade speaks to real Caribbean unity and is about sharing the good vibes and not only the tangible things which can be traded. As stated by Rizon, "Let’s import and export the love".
On working with Russell, Koen and Isaac, he had this to say: "It was an honour working with these guys, not only because of their incredible talent, but more so because of the similar values by which we live and operate. Though we’re friends, I’m a huge fan of each of these artists."
Rizon came on the music scene in 2007 with his inspirational song Reach and has continued to inspire persons with other releases such as 'Not For Long', 'I Like Yuh Way', 'Queen', 'Amnesia', 'Liberate'. His video for the song
“Reach” achieved the #1 position for 4 weeks straight on Tempo’s Cross Caribbean Countdown, and his subsequent video releases of “Not for Long”, “I Like Yuh Way” and “Queen” continue to enjoy heavy rotation.
