Kaya, Champs & Konnektionz Entertainment presents Best of Both World’s featuring Cocoa Tea, I-Wayne, Chino & Laden live in Toronto at the Kool Haus Entertainment complex (132 Queen’s Quay East) on June 5th, 2010!

Bringing together the best in Reggae and Dancehall, the promoters aim to please both the mature and younger audience by combining vintage songs such as “Sonia,” “Tune In” and “Rikers Island” with newer songs such as “Living In Love,” “Life Seeds” and “Book of Life” with new songs like “Never Change,” “We Nuh Like Dem” and “Time to Shine,” fans of Reggae and Dancehall will come together for a night of musical unity.

“With this line up, we will bring fans together from both genres of music under one roof” said event organizers.  “Sometimes we produce shows that cater to one type of audience.  With this show, it’s the best of both worlds!”

All artists on the bill are award nominated and / or winning artists.  Cocoa Tea won ‘Top International Single’ at the prestigious Canadian Reggae Music Awards, I-Wayne has been nominated for several awards for his previous releases, Chino has been nominated for the 2010 International Reggae & World Music Achievement Awards for ‘Most Improved Entertainer’ and Laden for ‘Best New Male Artist nominee for the EME Awards 2009.

Adding to the all-star line up is Toronto’s finest:  Chatta, Exco Levi, Eyesus, Tristan 5 Star, Ras Fiery & Reese Badda.  Additional music will be supplied by Nitro, DJ Wiz, DJ Spragga, Delroy G with hosts Ron Nelson and Spex.
