Yabby You Music and Zojak World Wide are pleased to present the release of Legacy available May 4th, 2010.  Spanning the entire career of the legendary artist/producer, Legacy contains 25 tracks digitally remastered by  world-renown engineer James "Bonzai" Caruso (4 time Grammy winner for Damian Marley's Welcome to Jamrock and Stephen Marley's Mind Control).

The album starts with Yabby's signature song, Conquering Lion. This song came about after a debate over Haile Selassie's divinity, in which a thunderstorm broke out and Vivian Jackson claimed he heard the angels sing "Be You Yabby Yabby You." After several years of saving the money to record what he had heard, the tune was recorded and earned Jackson the moniker Yabby You.  Yabby's music is a reflection of his unique and spiritual life.  Fascinated with the bible from an early age, Yabby left home at age 12 emulating Jesus proceeding to travel the island seeking knowledge. After a series of health issues, he was diagnosed with Arthritis at age 17. However, this could not stop Yabby You from promoting his serious message as both an artist and producer.

Legacy provides a strong overview of Yabby You's career, including classics like the aforementioned Conquering Lion, Judgement On the Land, Run Come Rally, & Anti Christ. His skills as a producer of quality roots music are demonstrated with productions on the release by artists & musicians like Wayne Wade, Dillinger, Big Youth, and Tommy McCook.  Throughout his career, Yabby was unwavering in spreading his conscious message and "Jesus Dread" mentality.

Although Yabby You has passed on in the flesh, his music will remain forever as some of the most spiritual music to ever come out of Jamaica to the world at large. Legacy is truly a must-have for anyone who appreciates real music with a real message.
