CROWD:
Gauging from the level of traffic we ran into and the amount of cars parked streets and streets away from the venue, its a sure indication that the party ram out. Also when we see man and even groups and women toting coolers, all making their way to the fete, we definitely knew this was the place to be. On the inside it was a sight to behold as this was short pants affair. So iz only short pants and legs ... legs & more sexy legs in each and every direction ... wow! Lewwe sing de big tune nah ... white pants tight yea eh yea.

VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
The Venue was Jenny's carpark aka The Ice Factory. Located on Cipriani Boulevard, its quite central and pretty easy to find. The only main problem with having an event in this area is the parking, especially if de fete is also in a designated parking place ... lol. No worries ... a little walking never killed and we liked the fact that they had security on bicycle patrolling. The decor on the inside went to theme with a blue and white color scheme, the erection of tall white columns and the use of large slabs of ice. The liquid nitrogen special effects that was occasional released over the crowd also complimented and added that special touch to the Ice theme.

VIBES:
The energy was pumping all night long or was it the alcohol ... either way folks were having a good time. Things got even better when the live performances began. First up was Kes, then Fay-Ann Lyons and closing off the stage activity were the palancing fellas Blaze & J.W doing their ever so popular hit for the season. This fete surely lived up to its reputation, kicking off the C2K10 season with a BANG!!

FOOD/DRINK:
It was the typical cooler fete ... bring ya drinks and come! If you didn't feel like carrying the load of a cooler, drinks were on sale at several bars provided. Food was also on sale as well in case ya belly started to bite. Now for those who were allowed into the VIP area, well ya know how that goes ... Free ... Free ... Free! Rum, scotch, vodka, beer and the whole nine yards. Also present was a doubles stand shelling out hot bara & channa all night long. Things was nice too bad!

SERVICE:
The service on all ends was good, although most folks were serving themselves tonight ... straight out of their own coolers. BARTENDER!! Lol. So, security patrolling outside ... check. Speedy entry into fete ... check. Good music & live performances ... check. Bess crowd ... check, check ... check! Looks like things were in order.

COST/VALUE:
Tickets were $150 (Tribe TLC members) and $180 for general patrons. If you were unfortunate and had to face scalpers for tickets, the prices centered around $350 ah piece. With the mere fact that men selling tickets at $350 outside de fete, one time ya know that the original price was well worth it.
