With the Carnival season on the horizon the versatile deejay has decided to dabble into the realm of Soca with his latest offering titled ‘Nobody Business’ on the soon to be released ‘Jamaica Live Soca Riddim’ produced by his own ‘Pleasure Time Records’ label.
The infectious beat and catchy lyrics of this composition is sure to have the ladies gyrating their waist-line this carnival season as Sniper explains “if you see me wining on a Downtown gyal it’s nobody’s business”. The carefully crafted song has all the traits to become a favourite among soca lovers.
According to Sniper “I got the inspiration to do the song from a concert I did in St. Vincent some time ago, my performance was well received and for that I am thankful. I don’t want to be stuck in the realm of dancehall and so with that mindset I try to make myself multifaceted, I want to listen every genre of music and hear a Don Sniper playing” – He explained.
The ‘How Many’ singer recently performed at Sting dubbed the greatest one night show on Earth, delivering a commendable set to the hundreds in attendance. Don Sniper is now busy in studio working on several new projects set for release in the coming weeks.
