Every year, on the last Friday of September, DJ Hazzard's masquerade ball themed event blossoms in the nation's capital.

Friday, September 25, the tradition continues with Eyes Wide Shut 11 (EWS11) at Asia DC (1720 I Street, NW). Called the new Black Friday by some, this is one of the rare occasions that DC's melting pot comes together to coexist for a few hours in some of the finest black couture and revel in the spirit of vibes.  All behind the illusion of masks provided upon entry.

Hosted by Culture Shock Entertainment, September 25 marks 11 years for this iconic tradition built on epic vibes, amazing music and gorgeous people. With the night's soundtrack being set by Private Ryan (Trinidad), Lord Hype (Trinidad), and DJ Majestic (DC), being a part of the beautiful crowd is socially mandatory.  In true DJ Hazzard fashion, Eyes Wide Shut will mirror his tagline - Bringing Cultures Together Through Music, as this DJ lineup will play music from all over the globe.

In true EWS fashion, attendees will be partying for a cause: a portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit Life Pieces To Masterpieces – an organization that provides opportunities to discover and activate the innate and creative abilities of the members to change life challenges into possibilities.
