NY deejays get Carnival vibes started

It's close to midnight and we were racing to make “LinkUp Midnight Cruise”. As soon as we got to Peir II, the boat was ready to leave. Damn, it’s a good thing we drove fast boy!

So we got on board, DJ Anonymous was spinning the latest soca hits. Now this was TJJ’s first Link Up Cruise and we weren't sure what to expect. So we were really glad to see that the boat was filled with many familiar faces. We mingled a little, took a wine or two, and then got the camera out to do some work.

Along with Anonymous, we were also impressed to see NY’s finest DJ Spice & Back to Basics in the house patiently waiting for their turn to give the people a lil' someting someting. With this DJ lineup, we knew the music was going to be on point. So with good friends and great music, what else can one ask for? This boat ride was a hit! The DJs played tune after tune and sent everyone mad in no time.

My how time flies when you are having fun, cos before we knew it, the boat had docked, and they were try to get people to leave the boat. Music had stopped but Kerry the drummer kept playing and people were chanting song after song. No one was ready to leave. Some people even started showering Kerry with money so he could keep playing ..... jokes!

Thanks to Dawn and crew for inviting TJJ, we had a great time.
