Once again TJJ NY is setting sail on the Hudson River for Hawks Intl's infamous annual boat ride, "Le Fete de Blanche". For those of you who aren't fluent in French like myself, it means to make all white. Thank goodness we made it on time. Right, where were we? Oh yeah, so we on board at "Le fete de Blanche". I just love saying that ... it sounds so sexy!! *lol*

This was an all inclusive event so the line at the bar was bananas and the line for the food was even more bananas! The music was pumping and sweet rhythms playing. Hear nah, I have to take a moment an talk about this rhythm section - Rhythm Masters. They deserve a standing ovation. Man that rhythm section was so good we didn't really bong for music you know, trust me. I really felt like I was at Panorama finals in the North Stands (when it still existed). They gave me chills boy, great job!

We eventually went back to make an attempt at getting a beverage. The line wasn't too long. Okay, what the foosa? Why was the Scotch and Conac finished already? Nah! We were so disappointed, we drank water! Could you believe that? Steupssss.
The music was great as usual. Da Party Rocker Back to Basics and Dr. Wax were holding things down on the inside. On the outside was Rude Boy Dex, who had the vibes on lock. That name really suit him yes. The amount a cuss he put down on that mic! *lol*

Hail up the ladies in their ever best outfits an hair do's on point. I need to take another moment to talk about the food from Myrna's Caribbean Cuisine. Hear nah, I swear I must have put on a 5lbs ... that food hit the spot boy. I swear every thing you could think of eating was on the menu, even lasagna!

With an hour left before we returned to the pier, it was bacchanal time! Back to Basics and alcohol mixes lovely together. If yuh see them, and my boy even had a congo line going around the boat. Talk about niceness! By the time we got back and the last song played the party animals weren't taking that. The rhythm section decided to play on the pier and we chipping behind them. Rhel J'Ouvert style ting going on. If you see wildness in the road! Security couldn't handle this crowd nah, they might as well had taken a chip too! smile
