Hey Honey Bunches of Oats!

Boatride season has officially begun. Well not officially because we've been on a few boats this year, but you know what I mean. The real boatride season has officially begun!!

Today we're headed to Black Ice Ent. "I'm Not Drunk - Hangover" boatride (NY promoters and their themes boy). Its a first for TJJ to witness what Black Ice has to offer, so we weren't sure what to expect. They said the boat leaving at 12, so we figured around 11:00 would've been a decent time to head out. We end up leaving at 11:30... so now we speeding down the roadside like mad women!! We're parked and were on our way to the pier.

Somebody please tell me why after all that hustling nothing ready on the boat yet??!! The sound system wasn't even on... but wah de jail is this!! Everybody just liming like everything is okay. An hour later.. we're still standing there. You know I'm livid now. I didn't even realize how much people was out there ... wheyyyyyy if yuh see people. The boat finally starts to board and as I walked on I'm pissed off even more because we missed the open bar. Dammit!!! LOL.

After waiting another hour for everyone to board, finally we set sail. Taking a quick browse around I notice the ice sculptures ... cute. The vibes picked up a notch, and everybody have about two drinks in their hands, so it's niceness at this point. NY All Star DJs were rotating the music - B2B, Natural Freaks, Sounds4Life and Starkid were all backed by a live Rhythm Section. There's just something about a boatride, Soca, drinks and a live Rhythm Section boy!!

Well tonight was a drinks night. The amount of drinks that kept coming our way was ridiculous ... I mean usually one or two would bring us a lil' drink to keep us refreshed, but tonight its about ten .. twenty! And yuh know we ent turn down none!! smile Time is flying by and somehow I end up on top a couch again ... LOL. I couldn't help it... de dance was SWANKY!! Especially when B2B is flinging the hottest chunes left, right and center. The party was nice man ... real nice. It was almost time to go, so we sampled some food ... took two more drinks ... and now we're staggering off the boat. Hey, everybody on that boat head was nice ... let's just be happy that nobody went over board, yes!

Chocolate and Pharoah, thanks for the invite. You already know that we rhell liked ourselves.
