We got a call from our homegirl Nadine that Blaxx (Roy Cape All Stars) was releasing his latest contribution for the 2Kwine season, "Tusty", at Alchemy on this somewhat quite evening in Trinidad. So "A" was for action!

Although we missed earlier performances by friends of Blaxx, we got there just in time for the man of the hour. Before Blaxx got things rolling, he called for all the direct and indirect Roy Cape family to join him upfront as he expressed his love & thanks for the good people around him in the business. Then it was time to release one of the most anticipated soca songs for 2009. Just earlier, deejays from all over the globe was asking us if we had de chune! So we're asking ourselves, could "Tusty" outshine his former hits "Dutty" (2007) and "Breathless" (2008)? Or even be on par? Well, judging by the reaction of the crowd .... the tune BAD BAD BAD!!
