Date: Friday 22nd May 2009 Location: The Atrium Night Club. Stone Mountain, GA Promotions: Krushmore Entertainment Click on thumbnails to see the big picture/entire gallery The toughest part about an annual event is replicating all the good things from previous years, and of course, not forgetting to include some new things that you know partygoers will like. Well, Krushmore did just that at their Annual Atlanta J'ouvert fete at the Atrium this year! TJJ was back as usual, and the women and the DJ factor combined, will sure to make any party stand out from the rest. In 2009, Krushmore added more women, more security, more artists and more DJs to their line up. But one short coming ... no Back to Basics ... hmmmmm. But on the up side, all the DJs pulled up the slack. Sorry B2B, we missed yuh .. but we had wuk to do! As much as we thought we covered everything, guess who we ran into? Yup, the Stray Dawg Krew (SDK). Dem boys always looking for bumpers!! If it's one thing ... we could testify to that for sure! And as the SDK crew found their respective waists, it was almost like J'Ouvert morning. And for those of you that were there, well you know what I'm talkin' bout!!
Now in any party, one would expect the security to be securing stuff, right? Well hmmmmm, one security guard was securing stuff all right ... he was securing ah bumper!!! *lol* Look through the photos and see ah talkin' bout. One person that did return this year was Giselle D' Wassi One, and yes people ... she had on her tight white pants ... um um uhhhhh ... enough said. Giselle was looking hot as usual. As ah matter of fact, the entire venue started to get a bit hot. But that was just a sure sign of how packed the fete was. When you see bartenders and waitresses sweating, yuh know what going on! The bars inside the Soca room was a bit tight, and the Guinness ran out, but we know allyuh will stock up better next year. Over in the Reggae room was slammed pack. Well what do you expect when Black Chiney playing? Some dancehall queens needed to advertise a bit, and literally took over the stage from the DJ's. But the music was good. Overall, the event was well organized and really, really good. Good work Krushmore! TJJ looking out for allyuh. Once
