People ... Carnival 2K9 is sending a craze in T&T, another band has launched! We are talking about the mas band Wee International launching on the 25th of September. The TJJ crew was invited to experience "The Candy Shop", which was the theme of Wee International's presentation for Carnival 2009. The launch took place at one of T&T's newest nightclubs, La Casa De IBIZA.

The night was filled with vibrant colors, and well you guessed it, every candy treat you could imagine. We're talking about Lollipops, Candy Canes, Skittles, M&M and Marshmallows just to name a few of the sweet treats, blending the ambiance to the night's theme. The presentation started promptly at 8:00 PM as the TJJ Fam was on the scene ready to cover what would be unfolded at the candy shop.

One by one, the night's MC Hans called out the sections allowing the beautiful models to make their way onto the runway leading to the main stage. Believe it or not, these models came directly from the streets (Tragrete Road), where the passing public could have even gotten a sneak preview too.

The sections displayed were Butter Scotch Dreams, Paradise Plum, Pure Pleasure, Peppermint Peckers, Cotton Candy, Cherry Pop, Luscious Liquorish, Sinfully Sweet, Golden Brown Sugar and Chocolate Passion. 10 sweet sections in total to choose from.

By the way, people how could we forget to mention ... Wee International took this band launch Hi-Tech going "web style", meaning you could watch the launch and be a part of it, all from the convenience of your PC wherever you were. WEE took the launch global allowing folks to watch the broadcast simply by logging unto their website www.weeint.com.

For those who missed out feel free to check out the mas camp located at corner of Kathleen St. & Bournes Road, St. James. The Wee International family wants you to know that they are an 'All Inclusive' band where the friendships made lasts a lifetime! AWWWWW that's a cute slogan ... it's sweet like candy!! So people hurry up and tell a friend about the Candy Shop, they might just let you lick the lollipop. LOL!
