We know the official start of Summer is not for a few days yet into June, but it so dang hot already that the guys at sixAxis Ent. decided to announce it a bit early!

Getting to FRIENDS at 1AM was supposed to be early, but a sizable trend setting contingent of party going regulars had already laid claim to what was to be their various sections on the dance floor, even VIP was max out and drinks were flowing. You know we don't like naming names, but you could tell it's summer in SoFlo ... in this heat, the ladies not wasting time with excess fabric , and the DJs were already revving them up by 1:30AM. It was clear the early birds had made the right choice setting up camp over night, extra space was not an option. Not that it mattered too much cause by 2AM I was already pleasantly intoxicated and absorbed in the music.

This was the first time that Major Links, C.I.Dee Sound and special guest DJ Dorenzo were to play in the same party, so it was bound to be nonstop jamming all night. Is Soca, Reggae, Hip-Hop, R&B and a little of everything (but mostly Soca and Reggae). Whole night waist throwing and man getting whiplash - you know who you are Mr. Gone to work Monday morning talkin' bout you sleep bad!! *lol*

Every month this party getting bigger and bigger - even spilling out onto the sidewalk - with everybody enjoying the vibes and there are always new faces with a count of no less than 4 groups celebrating birthdays at this month's FRIENDS. It has definitely become the new spot to take your friends and get your 'celebrate' on!

Still with all the present and accounted for who's who and up and comers on the party scene, we had not spotted an actual celeb at FRIENDS for a while, but this month none other than OJ Santiago from the NFL could be seen chilling in the cut. Nobody ent missing out!!

Music, drinks, friends (old and new) and corn soup (if you lucky)!

The lights went on, the music stop and you would think people would leave right? Wrong ... they didn't want to go home!!! Now that is a party when the momentum carrying on even after the music stop. Ya done know is a warm up for the next one - always bigger, always hotter!! And looks like the parking lot becoming a regular after party scene too ... papa!!
