Hey Honey Bunches of Oats! Here at TJJ, we just love the kids!! So when we found out that Natalie & The Glam Squad was having a children's Christmas party, we were excited about going. I even brought my little tike out. I guess it was take your children to work day for me! Upon arrival at the venue, I could hear the music ponging on the outside. I wasn't sure if I was at the right party because I knew it was a childrens party so I'm expecting to hear some Barney or Sponge Bob chunes playing. Instead the DJ bussing Machel's "Push Bumpa"!! *lol* Only in the Trinidadian community, yes! I'm on the inside now and the place is ram jam... there are kids everywhere. I lost my son instantly! He busy jamming, having a time with all the other kids. Speaking of the kids, some of them were rhel stylish eh ... OMG, I could use a tip or two from those kids! The face painting clown was a hit! What a treat! Mean while the DJ was still bussing big people chunes eh! "I'm So Special" getting wheel up!! Them kids were to busy having a time with the games and entertainment, I really don't think they even notice music was on. Now the DJ announced that we had a special guest. By now there is a stampede to the front of the venue! The smoke machine came on and Santa came out. Yaaayy! If you see their happy little faces. But honestly Santa I fine you were a lil' dry eh ... oh gosh a lil' "Ho Ho Ho" would've been nice. It even had a man who yell out "say Ho Ho Ho nah"!! *lol* I was busy cracking up. Now it's time for presents and Natalie and the girls came with about five huge bags filled with toys. After the presents were given out the music was back on again. Well the DJ buss a lil' Parang which wasn't too bad. Of course he played "Soca Santa." It was a nice time man. I know this because my son was crying to leave the people place. Hehe. There were lots of eats and treats. Toys and games those kids had the time of their lives! Draggin'
