MLK weekend was in full swing, and after spending Friday night at Sosta Lounge having Sweet Dreams, we were Curious as to what the goings on would be like at Kefi Lounge in Aventura. We had been to the previous one in December of last year, like that was so long ago, and kinda liked the new spot and the crowd that Curious attracted. So this time around we went again with camera in hand, to snap snap snap and share with all of you.

Try as we might, we still could not get there before 1am. So imagine our dismay when we were told that the guest list closed at 1am. Thankfully Aubrey and Chris were nearby and with a quick nod, TJJ was on the inside. ** Note to Self: Get to Curious early next time. ** Last time we also remembered it was a bit warm on the inside. We're not sure if the AC was broken, or if it was a tactic to sell more drinks, but this time around there was no such worries... unless yuh consider too much woman in a party a worry?? I mean it could cause a sore neck!!

So we made our way to the bar, sippin' some Goose and making a lap round the dance to see and be seen. Richie D was on the set, and we saw Peter T and Niko Star waiting in the wings. There is the ever popular outdoor section to Kefi Lounge as well, but because it was so comfortable inside most folks just stayed in and enjoyed the music, stepping out occassionaly for a cigarette or a phone call. Who you need to talk to at 3am is beyond us. That's what text messaging is for...“On my way home, assume d postiion ;-)”

So with good looking people in the party and nice music, yuh know the event was a hit, so much so, that the 4 o’clock hour come and past and people still not going home!! They turn on the lights, people still not going home... they turn off the music... people still not going home!! It's ok folks, we know a good time was had by all.
