Oh how I love, love holiday weekends. Not for the food, drinks and family time.. I love them cause I party like a rock star for 4 days in a row!! smile It's Turkey Day weekend and it's just pace.

The place to be in BK was Contagious 3 at Tropical Reflections. I was literally 5 minutes away from the venue and you shoulda seen how much traffic on the road ... goodness!!! I finally arrived around 1-ish and it was kinda slow. I was just breezing until the pace picked up a bit. Oh ... the drinks were five dollars whole night, so yuh done know! I also decided to check out the food corner and it was food fuh so! They cooked up a storm boy! Even Miguel was there with his famous corn soup. The place was nicely decorated with balloons and banners. Everything was going good so far, and the place was ram out after about an hour. I didn't even realize.. I was busy in meh corner by the bar. Lol!

Sounds 4 Life was on and DJ Spice was gearing up to play. Now, I dont know what was going on but they were having some technical difficulties. I know I hear "Jumbie" like 10 times in a row! That song have to get burn now ... it was driving me crazy. Eventually they fixed the problem and the bram, everything was back on track. Da Party Rocker Back to Basics arrived on the scene and flipped the script. I'm pretty sure people were expecting him to play soca, but instead my boy buss some wicked dancehall!

De dance was sweet man. Great music, lots of food, $5 drinks .... what more can you ask for? Yes, we could have done without the technical difficulties but say what ... I repeat ... the drinks were 5 BUCKS!!! *lol* Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving!
