Hey Honey Bunches of Oats! OMG ... can you believe the year is almost finished already? Wow! Anyway, International DJ Spice and Wide Shut Promotions were having their Annual Appreciation fete and invited TJJ to participate in the festivities. Luckily, the location wasn't too far because outside was just nasty.

When we arrived, nothing spectacular was going on but the sight of a complete square and the dance floor bare! Hey I rhymed! Lol! I kept thinking maybe everyone was not feeling to brave the bitter cold and huddled up for warmth, who knows? I went an huddle up right in the square too, until the pace picked up a bit.

There were sexy Santa’s Helpers sharing Christmas treats! Black cake and Sweet Bread to be precise... Yumm! We sampled some as we made our way to the bar, while jamming to the sounds of Pantrin Vibes at this point.

You know a whole hour passed and these people still in the square form! You know like at a kid’s party ... nobody wanted to dance in the middle! By then, Notorious Inc. was up killing it with the old school. The music was on point.. it was the people in the fete who were a bit dry for me. The drum battle between Kerry Walters playing live and DJ Spice on the drum machine was definitely the highlight on the evening. It was kind of hard to judge who turned out to be the true "Drum Master" because the drum machine sounded really good, but I feel Kerry took it. Spice, good run ... perhaps next time! smile

Thank goodness Da Party Rocker (Back to Basics) reached and woke up the dance instantly. Like people were just waiting for him or what??!! Toward the end of the dance, it was pure niceness. It even had a crew who decided to pull off the people and dem decorations and create a costume out of it! And I cannot forget Ms. Christine wining up on the blow up Santa's Helper! Lol! The last half our was the bomb man!
