Whiteout 12 was soooooooo nice that the KOS family had to do it twice.... held at Palazzo Nightclub on the patio was de fete "White/Out/Side". Now, the weather forecast was calling for rain and thunderstorms but regardless of that, people still came out in their full white gear to party for the last weekend of summer. As de doctor himself said in his newsletter,"It's the final weekend of summer and the unwritten rule is you aren't supposed to wear white after Labor Day, so the only way to end your Soca Summer is with us at PALAZZO wearing all white!"

Now yuh now ah had to come correct mehself ~ sportin' ah nice lil' white skirt and ah lil' piece ah white top... lol. We probably reach White/Out/Side somewhere around 12 am with ah few drinks already in we system and de party was already hyped!!! De music was bringing rhel energy to the crowd, from Soca to Reggae to de big big dubplates ~ all brought to you by Dr. Jay, Soca Sweetness, MarXman, Stretch XO and of course keepin' that wicked vibe were mc's Dirty Dez and E Man. When ah tell yuh niceness!!! Wayyyyy it was like eatin ah Richards bake n shark at Maracas..... better than anything else!!! LOL!!!!!!

So de party rhel swinging, people "Dutty" no ras, but that didn't seem to matter to anyone. Sneakers stink, shirts and pants discoloured BUT at de end ah de night it was all worth it RIGHT?!! So hear this nah... de music stop playing around 3:30am and everyone chipping out de door.... in two two's we hear de turntables spinning and Machel Montano's 2k7 hit "Down D Road" blaring through the speakers. When ah tell yuh every man jack was running back inside, yuh woulda swear somebody was getting shoot up outside, yes!!! LOL!!! De party went on for about ah next hour or so and ah could tell everyone was rhel content with de niceness they experienced.

When de music finally stopped, some fellas seriously couldn't get enough of de KOS family.... they started chanting "KOS! KOS! KOS!" and beating de speakers on stage like they were ah part ah De Farmer's Rhythm Section ~ as Dr. Jay would rightfully say, "Aye Aye Aye!!!!!!!!" After chanting KOS they led the party out by singing "Olaaaa Ola Ola Olaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!" Rhel energy and vibes ah tell yuh, ah have tuh say... White/Out/Side was definitely the way to end off yuh summer!!

Much thanks as always to the KOs family for allowing TJJ to be ah part of their last big fete for Soca Summer!!!! We will see allyuh fellas when we bruck out de heavy winter jackets!!! LOL. Next stop, Soca or Die 7... We ready!
