We arrived in Jamaica NY meeting up with the rest of our Trini Jungle Juice weekend coverage crew around lunch time. Now the party had plenty patrons, but who could find dem? Dey were all hiding in the shade, under the tents!! Dis breakfast fete had ah sweet laid back vibe and was just what the doctor ordered.

De fete was in someone's backyard. Long time since we went to a backyard fete in NY, so we loving dat!! But boy was it hot outside fa so! So while some of us catching a little tan, others taking a wine in de shade. It got so hot that ah man had to hold a fan to cool down de DJ's laptop, yes!

Supreme Team was real spinning tunes, keeping us all in a good mood throughout. De Iron Section added a nice energy to the party! And we MUST mention de breakfast at dis fete. That Buljol was too sweet and went down real nice with that coconut bake and pumpkin. One of our TJJ crew swear that was the best Bake and Saltfish she ever had. Special shout out to Uncle Toyo, de saltfish man!

So we fete till party done and then head to the next stop.... The Sugar Factory for Mawnin Neighbor! Yes, we goin' around NYC mashing up fete, after fete, after fete, after fete!
