As the name implies, the concept here is ALL SOCA all night long, who ent go like dat? Not us, dat's we ting self, so the Jungle Juice Green Team mounted up and headed down to The (Soca) Castle to check out the scenes. Being that The Castle is in sort of a very quiet industrial area, one has to be very careful parking the ride, so the available Valet parking is much appreciated, though we would like to know where they park the cars, but say wha.

So we head inside, and admittedly we are a lil' early, well earlier than our normal 1am arrivals. Like we have mentioned before, getting to any party before 1am is early here in South FL, so the crowd is a bit thin, which makes it easy to buy some drinks chits and then get a drink from the bar. Things were well setup with the chits tent away from the bar tent, this takes away the confusion of everyone crowding around the same place. There was a food tent as well.

Feters kept trickling in throughout the night, but compared to the last Strictly Soca (SS), this one was a bit smaller, maybe folks have not yet fully recovered from Miami Carnival? Or saving every penny for Trinidad Carnival 2008! We can't study dat too much, cause we are here and those that are here are having a time! The resident SS DJs (Dorenzo, House Arrest, Eternal Vibes and Sound Rev) get everyone to move from the back and get close to the stage area and then it was "Wining Season"!

We go check them out again on Dec 15th for their "Christmas Parang Edition" which will be held at a different venue, Sosta Lounge. We will leave you with 4 words about the next SS event... "LADIES FREE ALL NIGHT!!!"
