We arrive at SeOne London near London Bridge for the Official Rezzarek After Party, where the queue is looooooong and full of woman, mostly from the concert itself but we saw some new faces as well. SeOne is basically designed in three sections; the coat room lounge area with tables (when you first enter), the first bar with the VIP area (2nd area) and finally the second bar (the main bar) and the general dance floor furthest in from the main entrance. Not really underground per say, but there is hardly any reception in most areas of the club, so you sure to have an undisturbed time in the party.

There were two chefs on hand tonight - Joeanne (I know of) serving bake and shark, curry, roti and some other Caribbean delicacies and there was another dude serving pelau and corn soup to cut the alcohol and wake up any drivers. There were mass crowds lined up for food at the beginning since we assumed no one really ate after the concert - they headed straight to SE1. During the night however, some people were still munching on a few goodies to keep the ball rolling and possibly not to get too drunk consuming all that alco.

Numerous DJ's from TnT were inside and locked on the turn tables such as The mighty Jugglers (Umba and Barry), Radioactive Nuclear (Hoppie) and Tweez. The usual Gladiators Sound System (Lydon and Spicer) was in the mix as usual - always in a PoisonUK fete ... never fails. And rolling in late was our boy DJ Spice, holding tings down for NY.

Most of the patrons were rammed together on the general dance floor and they were dancing to strictly soca and calypso for the entire night. Though it was a tad bit grimey, there was a nice mix of all islands present; from Lucian's to Bajan's to Grenadian's to Trini's. There was even a brother dancing on the mini stage with his national flag of St. Vincent & the Grenadines - most unique dancing styles ah must say - worked the flag well too! Lets not forget the dancing Trini's with their huge national flag, and of course the Grenadian Bandit who was dancing on any bottom he could find - ah rate him!! Do yuh thang bwoy!! One thing for sure, people came out to have fun, and they did!

The "VIP" area where the likes of Machel Montano, Kernel Roberts, Zan, Benjai, Sancho, Stern John, Kenwyne Jones and our very own TJJ crew were enjoying the night away amongst the beautiful females to mixture of soca, calypso, dancehall, reggae and even hip-hop. From old school to new school, Jugglers, Hoppie and Spice had the "VIP" area sweaty, ready and willing.

There was a dance that was most common and that is the "Jumbie" dance .... "me say dip in de centre, do de Jumbie dance, x2, lean back and reverse, do de Jumbie dance x2." There were a few circles well of people doing this thing tha thing here …. And it looked good … tried to catch it in photos … man choreography is a hell of a thing especially when it is spur of the moment.

I must also commend Jugglers for playing a very special Bob Marley session with spectacular chart bangers namely "War", "Waiting In Vain", "Who The Cap Fit" and "Exodus". Talk about hold onto a woman and move yuh waistline.... that is exactly what we needed at 5:45 AM. Big up Barry!

6:00 AM Saturday morning ... let's recap. Excellent performances by both David Rudder and Machel Montano at the Rezzarek Concert, and the After Party was what we expected it to be.... plenty vibes (no bad vibes), real Caribbean people, real jirating and batty movements, nuff pretty woman, endless Caribbean food and well ... soca, dancehall, reggae and lil hip hop and RnB! Good night gentle peoples.
