Walking into Woodford Cafe @ Movietowne about 9:30pm.... always late (seriously Trini in my vein, Trini in my blood). I come in the dance when Mr. Slaughter formerly Dawg-E-Slaughter started his performance.

He didn't have his DJ crew with him, but instead had 3 guitarists, 1 pianist and 1 percussionist. It was definitely a mellow side of Dawg E that we have come to enjoy. Tunes like "Carnival (I Love You)" and "Spread The Love" will forever be classics. Slaughter reminds me of the good wildness of Carnival... you know, "Tic Tok" and "Up in Dat". The energy he and X-Caliber Sound delivers normally drives any crowd wild (expat countries know of this).

Everyone was enjoying the performance for sure, a little cramp but since Woodford Cafe is aesthetically appealing all the media shots came out with fantastic backgrounds. Thanks Benny!!! After Dawg E took a break to cool down, everyone began to mingle while the media tackled him and Sachi "Pretty boy Floyd" (always looking superfly with his tinted out chromed out shades). Hmmm.... what's the real deal Sachi??

Round 2 began with Sachi spinning under the voice of Slaughter to close of the session of his album release party. Big up to Fireball and all other artists that did their thing on the inside. Mr. Slaughter's CD is titled "Port of Spain" is out in stores now. Toronto, London, USA and all foreign massive, don't forget to support our artistes.... they are coming up to a venue near u.

p.s Thanks Liza, u were great and most accommodating. Muah!

Peace Keyz for the TJJ fam
