Jingle friends Jingle friends jingle all the way!
Oh what fun it is to wine on a big batty ting all Day!!

We know, we know it's only Dec 1st and we singing carols already, but we in the mood and have the Christmas sprit from early, besides Carnival'08 right dey so we have to start we Christmas early too! Luckily, the Jingle Friends Episode of FRIENDS came around just in time to kick off the season. Ever since the Miami Carnival Episode word has been spreading about this new event, which ain't really so new anymore cause you know us here at TJJ been reporting on FRIENDS since the Easter Episode. But like folks now catch on, so we say lets get there early for a change, besides ladies drink 2 for 1 till 1AM so we must find a lady willing to share.

So we fall in the dance bout 12:30ish and there are already some folks jammin' to Major Links on the inside. After a couple of Sosta Lounge Mr. T strength drinks we are ready to mingle. There's a steady stream of folks in the door, so the crowd is building and we noticing some new faces in the mix. One face that was very noticeable was that of special guest DJ, DJ Dorenzo who lent his skills to the night's entertainment and rell hot up the dance in the absence of C.I.Dee Sound. It was a good mix of Soca, Hip Hop and RnB tracks that got partygoers dancing, and then Major Links came down with what can only be described as a Maxi Taxi Dub session. Sometime during the night we noticed St. Lucia's Soca artist Ricky T ("Container", "Pressure Boom", "Put Up Your Hand") chillin' in the VIP, prolly wid some Vodka in his veins.

Now a staple of FRIENDS each and every month is the corn soup, folks does be looking for the corn soup from the time they walk in the door. The soup does finish so quick by the time the DJ say ‘corn...’ on the mic, who move slow loss! Well tonight being the Christmas party, they had a special treat for the folks and brought out some hops and ham, some Sorrell and Punch de Crème for everyone's delight. Well by the time we got over there to try it ourselves.... *poof*! As usual, a good time was had by all and we can't wait to come back in the new year for their Carnival warm-up party; FRIENDS – Passport to Bacchanal.
