Well, by the time TJJ arrived on de scene around 1 AM, surprisingly the party was in full swing. As we entered, we could definitely feel the energy in the air and I even caught myself bussing a lil wine even before I fully got into the club.

Bubblicious was truly a party for the dancers. It was held inside Revolution, which was a surprise, as we are accustomed to partying in the outdoor area for other Absolute Adventure events. On the 1st floor in the sunken dance floor was where the real party was. Dancers, male and female alike, showcased their talent and even the lil underdogs like myself couldn't resist the urge to strut my stuff and enter the cipher or get close to it. Just as with any party, there were dances and there were posers, but at least the posers kept out of the way up on the 2nd floor and along the sides by the bar. Now some of these posers were lookers and 'fashionistas', so we ent complaining. Bubblicious is seemingly a collegian crowd and though the party was not empty, it certainly was not full either.

We honestly don't remember the names of the all the DJs who played on the night, but that simply meant that every single DJ kept up the pace and energy of the DJ that played before. We do recall Papa Keith formerly of 103.5FM blessing the crowd for a minute, and Prodigy Sound lacing the tracks for most of the night. Did we mention that the drinks were excellent??!! ;-)

Although the DJs didn't incorporate a lot of Soca in their sessions, whatever few songs that they did play made this "wining criminal" feel like a "jumbie" after they were done. They eventually sent us off with some headbanging rock music. Fuss time we ever heard the "This Is How I Rock" Mimz remix, shortly after which, bright lights blinded us and we all herded towards the one door like some stunned sheep.

Keep up the good work Absolute Adventure. We know we had fun.

Toodles,
Cha
