Knowing that T&T Carnival soon drew near
De ladies were snuggled in de fellas heads
While visions of Carnivals danced in dey heads
DJ Styl'z, on de turntables, and meh with my Sultry dash
Couldn't settle down as de beats smash

When into de kitchen, then arose such a clatter
To see de feters limin' with dey platters
Went by de window to take a snap
Open mey camera with a quick flash

I dream of a moment when I was in St.Kitts
As time passed, our mouth became untamed
We whistle, and shouted, and called each Island by name

Now, Antigua! now, Bahamas! now, Barbados and Guyana!
On, Jamaica! on, St.Lucie! on, Trinidad, and Virgin Islands!
