World Cup 2006 is almost here and folks are literally getting Football Fever!! Well this was definitely the case at the Trinidad & Tobago vs Peru international friendly game played at the Hasley Crawford National Stadium. Aye, This was the last game on home soil for the Soca Warriors and you know Trinis ent want to miss out on d'action!

Now tickets were a bit pricey for a friendly game, however there are always alternatives, and for the TJJ crew we headed a stone throw away from the stadium to the Woodbrook Youth Center to take in the game. Here the triniPULSE.com Crew chose to allow patriots and football lovers alike an opportunity to see the game on two jumbo screens while enjoying free drinks, food and live entertainment. Not to mention secure parking too ... and all of this didn't event cost half as much as a game ticket. Rumours were circulating however, that scalpers were selling stadium tickets for about 40 bucks ... wow!! Anyways, the action on de inside was nice.

The pulsating sound of the rhythm section beating that sweet iron just had folks hype. The final score was T&T - 1 Peru - 1. Win, Lose or Draw, Trinis like to fete and after the game the real festivities began. DJs Rapid Response dropped some big tunes such as the ever so popular Tony Matterhorn's "Dutty Wine" amongst others ('Dutty wine' a popular dance done mainly by women involves the rapid rotation of the neck and posterior simultaneously). Now this is a selection known for making the ladies bruck out! **Newsflash from The Jamaican Star: THE 'DUTTY WINE' is a dangerous dance that may cause serious neck injury and lifelong pain, doctors warn.** Be careful ladies!! ;-) Big Up to Jus Jase and members of Spotrushaz (Richard and Nigel) who were all in de dance. Nice Everytime!

Special thanks to all triniPULSE crew and crew for the love shown. We looking forward to catching up with you guys at the many big upcoming events carded. TJJ not signing out as yet, we jus moving along. Next stop ... Crobar to continue de lime! Let's see what's cooking over there. Whoaaaaaa Whoa ... Ohhh Ohh! Whoaaaaaaa Whoa ... Ohhh Ohh!
