Arrival time... 12 AM, and we were pleased to see that we could still park a decent distance from the venue. We guess this was possible because of all the cross streets St. Clair offers, allowing cars to park in every direction. As we approached the venue, the line was wrapping the curb with folks standing outside in their trendy clothing and fine shoes. Is now we looking forward to the action on the inside.

The dance was half way full on our entry but we weren't worried one bit because by now we dun know.... Trinis like to party late! Proceeding to mingle around and also checking out the "fluff factor" in the Christmas Passion, we realized that this factor was definitely one not to mess around with. Nuff hotties in de dance :-) Lovely! We also noticed that Santa's Helpers were on the scene waiting for him to arrive with his bag of goodies. TJJ crew ran into some old party veterans running this route over 15 years now.... some locals of course, and some loyal expats returning from foreign. As expected, we did recognize some of our MIA, DC, NY, Philly, London and Toronto party crew, fuss they giggling saying, "Yuh cah run from TJJ cameras, yes!!"

By about 1AM the party was in full swing. At the bar, it was a 2-4-1 drinks affair. That certainly was going to be an ease up on a lot of patrons pockets. There was a slight problem in getting the drinks however, as the bar seemed to be packed with people the whole night through. We guess everyone was in the Xmas drinking spirits and was definitely making full use of the bar. Is good thing that some where about this time the DJ made an announcement that folks cud get free Vodka up on de inside in a lil' hide away bar :-) At 2 AM the venue was now packed. Fire wardens on duty began insisting that no more patrons be allowed into the fete. Unless you had an advance ticket in hand, your chances of getting in was near ZERO! So unfortunately a lot of folks had to turn to the alternatives like Zen, 51 or other places to buss ah Xmas lime. Folks take a hint.... next year, cop those Christmas Passion tickets early o'clock!

Music ... Music! DJ Code 9 brought back some different vibes and warmed up the early session quite nicely. Detrimental who was next up, threw down ah nice Soca set. Santa aka Jason Williams (Radio Personality RED 97.7FM) reach with his gifts at a little after 3 AM. It was now time to see who naughty or nice! Being Santa, you know de man must give away some gifts. Crowd participation was involved here and after asking a few questions about Caribbean history, Santa gave away some gifts to de best dancer. Of course by now most people dun know de kinda dance competition it was going to be.... Attitude Gyal!! Yup, Dutty Wine time. Even jolly old Santa part took, deciding to show the audience what attitude was all about doing some tricks and splits of his own... HO HO HO!!

All and in all, an entertaining lil' performance not forgetting the hot helpers and the prize giveaways. Hoppie & DJ Dane of Radioactive Nucleus took the 1's and 2's shortly afterwards. They put down a session that really boosted the energy levels of the crowd and definitely gave the people what they leave their house for.... musical vibes and entertainment!! The party continued beyond the expected closure due to nice neighbours and friendly police.

Well folks time to call it a night. Big up to Julius Caesar Entertainment for allowing everyone from Home and Abroad to Reunite on Christmas night, and as usual for permitting TJJ to be a part of it all. One Love. Merry Christmas everyone!!
