Once the show got started, there were hardly any breaks... it was artist after artist... band after band! Big artists like Baby Killer, Shurwayne Winchester & Traffik, Burning Flames, Rupee & the Dot Com, D'Hitman, Destra & Atlantik, Maximus Dan, Iwer George, Bunji Garlin and Krosfyah pumped the crowd with plenty sweet soca all night long. You read dat line up??!! HUGE!

Everyone gave a wicked performance as always. Some of the highlights on the night were... seeing Burning Flames in action again. Onika's spirit will always live on with the band. Also, Destra and Atlantik made their 1st 2K5 appearance in the T dot and the crowd loved every minute of it. "Wave yuh rags high... up in de sky... lemme see yuh fly... fly... fly." Another interview you got to check back for... and we not even going to mention our big TJJ TV surprise! We go give you all one clue... "More Rum for Me" and "D'Fire Chief"... only on Trini Jungle Juice! We say no more!

With Caribana around the corner partygoers had the pleasure of also seeing a showcase of the Carnival Nationz costumes, nice for so! A special thanks to Destra from the fellas for having the girls display the costumes from the back as well while on stage. "We like it... real West Indian flavor." :-) TJJ had the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the artists and local celebs backstage and in the VIP area, and dis was nice everytime... talk bout pictures, feast yuh eyes! Yes close to 300 photos! And this was after careful process of elimination... we doh play! Big up to NBA star Jaamal Maglorie on the inside.

Well in true Caribbean stylin’ even though de ticket say party finishing at at 2am, all close to 3am de nex’ morning, party still in full swing. This was the time when yuh belly start to growl and yuh start to look for more food, and if is food you wanted is food yuh getting, all day and night, the sweetest curry and roti, jerk chicken and corn soup. During the day if yuh was eating some of this, yuh could have tapped yuh foot to some live Steelpan or Tassa music (large up AfroPan & De Farmers Rhythm Section) while yuh lookin’ to see who yuh know or who you wanna know. TJJ said, "Darling, lemme get a rice and chicken for de road fast." Vendor replied, "5 mins... I not serving anybody any raw chicken!! But you could get a bake with tamrind sauce!!" Jokes carrrr dun.

The party ended at 3am for TJJ, belly full and feelin’ nice after hearing the sweet voice of Edwin Yearwood and Krosfyah to close out the show. Special thanks to Bryce, Dwayne, Curtis & Marcus for another great event. TJJ can officially say that these guys definitely know what they are doing when it comes to promotions... people still talking about their All Ah We Boatride!!! The event was truly "A Day of Caribbean Unity", and so, we give Unite De Nations 4 two thumbs up!
