scrubs with de nurses. All masqueraders will receive a Rascalz goddie bag (which
includes a Rascalz souvenir cup and first-aid supplies) and drinks (non-alcoholic)
on de road. Come join us as we pulsate down Georgia Avenue to the mixes of DJ
Hazzard (Washington DC's Freshest), Back-to-Basics (the party rocker) and Giselle
